Over the years, we have had the good fortune to have a number of people  move here to Moscow for Logos, NSA or other reasons. But one of the challenges in a small community like ours is finding a significant business opportunity to facilitate a move to our community. With that in mind, I am aware of a situation which may provide a great opportunity for the right person.
