I am looking forward to seeing what comes out of Nate's visit to Florida tomorrow. He has been invited to go to a literacy event hosted there by the Bush family -- you can read more about it here.

As I have thought about this invitation (and you can believe I have been thinking about it), the passage that keeps coming to mind has been Proverbs 22:29. I will keep you posted about what happens.

This is good news. I'm envisioning a documentary, perhaps titled "Rise of the Moscovians".

The only thing which is a slight detractor from the glory of it all is the name with which Nate shares the invitation list. Kinda steals some thunder when you sit next to a puppet that got the same invitation as you did. Really? Zoe? I mean, I could understand them inviting Oscar the Grouch to accompany the Calvinist, but Zoe?

That is quite an honor. Congrats to Nate on the success he is finding as an author. Hopefully this means he will be writing many more books. Oh, and I imagine he got quite a chuckle out of appearing along with Zoe from Sesame Street.

Go Nate! When C/A used to arrive in hard copy, I always read Nate's contribution aloud to my family first up. My son reckons he'll know the right girl if she loves Lewis, Tolkien and N.D. Wilson. (How's that for lofty company?)
